We want you to be happy with Blackprint. Here’s how refunds work.
Starting the 14-day Pro trial requires a card on file, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before day 14 from Settings → Manage Subscription and you won’t be charged at all.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
If you purchased an annual plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds are issued on annual subscriptions.
Email us at support@theblackprintapp.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription. No questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not lose access immediately.
