By creating an account and using The Blackprint you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Blackprint is operated by Karolina Empire LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. By using The Blackprint you are entering into an agreement with Karolina Empire LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the service. These terms apply to all users of The Blackprint.
The Blackprint is a personal budgeting and financial tracking tool designed to help you organize and visualize your household finances. The Blackprint is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or financial institution. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice of any kind.
The Blackprint provides tools to help you organize and track your personal finances. The information and calculations displayed in the app are for organizational purposes only. All financial decisions are your own responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial professional for personalized financial, tax, or investment advice before making significant financial decisions.
As a user of The Blackprint, you agree to the following:
Karolina Empire LLC d/b/a The Blackprint and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the design, layout, code, and branding — are owned by Karolina Empire LLC d/b/a The Blackprint and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.
We strive to maintain reliable uptime and a consistent experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to The Blackprint. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable advance notice to users.
Current pricing and features of The Blackprint may change over time. Users will be notified of material changes to pricing or core features via email with reasonable advance notice before those changes take effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or otherwise misuse the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action except in cases of serious violations. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation your data is permanently deleted immediately, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Karolina Empire LLC d/b/a The Blackprint is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karolina Empire LLC d/b/a The Blackprint and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on data displayed in the app, data loss, or service interruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Karolina Empire LLC regarding your use of The Blackprint.
